Platform: Flibbar (owned and operated by F89 LLC)

By using Flibbar (the “Platform”), you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept them as clear and straightforward as possible because we believe in transparency, fairness, and giving people the freedom to express themselves—within reason.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flibbar, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.

2. Who Can Use Flibbar

You must be at least 13 years old to use Flibbar (or the minimum age required in your country). By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that you are legally allowed to use the platform under your local laws.

3. What You Can Post

Flibbar is built around free speech and decentralised expression. You’re free to post, share, and say what you want—as long as it doesn’t break the law.

However, the following is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or removal:

Content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation (including links or references)
Terrorist content or support of terrorist organisations
Incitement to violence, threats of harm, or calls for real-world violence
Content that violates local or international law (this includes hate crimes, harassment, and other criminal activity)
Content relating to the sale, distribution or manufacturing of illegal narcotics
Content relating to the sale, distribution or manufacturing of firearms and explosives

We don’t take moderation lightly—but we will act when required to protect users and uphold basic legal responsibilities.

4. User Responsibility

You’re responsible for:

Anything you post, upload, or share on Flibbar
Complying with the laws in your own country or jurisdiction
Respecting other users and communities, even if you disagree with them

You retain full ownership of your content, but by posting it on Flibbar, you give us a limited license to display, distribute, and store it as part of the platform’s functionality.

5. Content Moderation

Flibbar is a decentralised and user-first platform, and moderation is minimal. However, we reserve the right to:

Remove or restrict content that breaks these terms
Suspend or terminate accounts engaging in illegal or abusive behaviour
Cooperate with law enforcement where legally required

6. Account Termination

We want everyone to feel free and welcome here. But if your actions violate these terms, especially in cases involving illegal activity, we may suspend or ban your account without prior notice.

7. Platform Availability

We work hard to keep Flibbar up and running, but we can’t guarantee it’ll be available 100% of the time. Outages, maintenance, or technical issues may occasionally occur. We’ll do our best to minimise disruptions.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

Flibbar may contain links to third-party content or services. We’re not responsible for what happens outside our platform, so please use caution and common sense.

9. Legal Stuff

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, Dubai jurisdiction
If a part of this agreement is found invalid, the rest still applies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Flibbar means you agree to the latest version.
