Sadly, it will, and companies have to subscribe to a minimum of 1 years subscription with Denuvo 3rd party protection so it won't get removed anytime soon. Sorry.

Having played through every Monkey Island game, here are my thoughts on each, ranked from worst to best.
6. Escape From Monkey Island (Monkey Island 4)
Like most point-and-click adventure games from this era that tried to use 3D, they failed miserably. 3D didn't suit this genre, and certainly not this franchise. However, the story was very mediocre. The graphics were mediocre, but some of the characters were good. This game was not made by the original creator and development team, and it shows. The worst part was the puzzle at the end, with the fighting Monkey being almost impossible to figure out; it was 90% luck, and you will be stuck on it for hours upon hours if you're even lucky enough to beat it, just way too complex for the average player. Meaning a playthrough to the end will be unlikely for most. I do not recommend this game, and it is by far the worst game in the franchise.
